Sheared salmon sperm DNA is widely used as a reagent to block non-specific binding in hybridization experiments. BDL (BioDynamics Laboratory Inc., Tokyo, Japan) supplies high quality salmon sperm DNA at competitive price.
Features
- Concentration : 10 mg/mL
- DNase-free
- Buffer : 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0), 1 mM EDTA
- Intrinsic DNase activity was not detected by use of pUC18 plasmid DNA as a control.
- For blocking in Southern / Northern blotting, DNA microarray, etc.
- Made in Japan
*Please boil for 3 minutes and cool in an ice bath before use.
