Western Blot: 68kDa Neurofilament Light Antibody [NBP1-05219] - Western blots of whole protein extracts of rat spinal cord (Lanes 1), brain stem (Lanes 2), cerebellum (Lanes 3) and cerebral cortex (Lanes 4). Neurofilaments are concentrated in large projection axons and therefore NF-L is a much more major component of spinal cord than cortical regions (see reference 1).
