Non-transfected (-) and SARS-CoV nucleocapsid-transfected (+, ) 293T whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with SARS-CoV nucleocapsid antibody [6H3] (GTX632269) at a dilution of 1:5000.
