Sample: HepG2 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Glypican-3 protein stained by Glypican-3 antibody (GTX130732) diluted at 1:400.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Untreated (?) and treated (+) HepG2 whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Glypican-3 antibody (GTX130732) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
