Detection of Mouse Nanog by Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation.  Samples:  Whole cell lysate (5, 15 and 50 ug for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from mouse F9 cells.  Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Nanog antibody A300-398A (lot A300-398A-2) used for WB at 0.1 ug/ml (A) and 1 ug/ml (B) and used for IP at 3 ug/mg lysate.  Nanog was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot (lot A300-398A-1) of this antibody.    Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds (A) and 10 seconds (B).
