EMR1 antibody [C2C3], C-term detects EMR1 protein by western blot analysis.A. 50 μg rat liver lysate/extract7.5% SDS-PAGEEMR1 antibody [C2C3], C-term (GTX101895) dilution: 1:1000 The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with F4/80 antibody [C2C3], C-term (GTX101895) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Background This gene encodes a protein that has a domain resembling seven transmembrane G protein-coupled hormone receptors (7TM receptors) at its C-terminus. The N-terminus of the encoded protein has six EGF-like modules, separated from the transmembrane segments by a serine/threonine-rich domain, a feature reminiscent of mucin-like, single-span, integral membrane glycoproteins with adhesive properties.
